Custom Sportswear Manufacturing: From Tech Pack to Export

Production Engineering at VEKZOR •

From Raw Concept to Finished Apparel

Custom sportswear manufacturing bridges creative design and industrial apparel engineering. Whether you are creating a bespoke compression pantone or an entire seasonal activewear drop, following a disciplined development workflow guarantees zero surprises.

The 5 Stages of Custom Production:

  1. Design Tech Pack & Specification: Fabric blend (e.g. 80/20 Cotton-Poly French Terry), target GSM weight, Pantone TCX color references, measurement chart (XS to 5XL), and branding vector coordinates.
  2. Pre-Production Golden Sample: A complete, wearable sample is manufactured, photographed in high resolution, and dispatched via DHL/FedEx for hands-on fit, stretch, and wash-testing.
  3. Fabric Knitting & Dye-Lot Testing: Bulk fabric is knit and tested for shrinkage resistance (<3%) and colorfastness under rigorous wash cycles.
  4. Precision Bulk Assembly: Garments move through calibrated 4-needle 6-thread flatlock stitching and automated embroidery lines.
  5. AQL 2.5 Final Inspection & Poly-Bagging: 100% of pieces undergo dimensional check, loose thread trimming, private label tagging, barcode sticker application, and moisture-sealed carton packaging.
