Yes, absolutely. We strongly recommend a physical pre-production golden sample made with your exact custom GSM fabric, Pantone-matched dyes, custom labels, and precision sizing specs. Sample creation takes 7–10 business days and is dispatched via DHL Express with direct tracking.

Can we mix sizes and add player names and numbers within the MOQ?
Yes. The 50-piece MOQ is per style and colourway, and you can split it across any sizes from Youth XS to Adult 4XL. Team orders can carry individual player names, numbers and sponsor logos, dye-sublimated or heat-applied from your roster.

What are your payment terms and accepted methods for international wholesale buyers?
Our standard terms for custom OEM manufacturing are 50% deposit upon PO confirmation to commence fabric milling and pre-production setup, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion of production and passing final AQL 2.5 inspection. We accept international Wire Transfers (T/T), Western Union, Payoneer, and verified B2B Escrow.

What quality control standards and inspection procedures are followed at the factory?
We strictly execute a 4-stage quality protocol: (1) Raw fabric GSM and stretch verification, (2) Inline stitch tension and needle check, (3) 100% garment measurement and print alignment inspection, and (4) Final random AQL 2.5 carton audit before moisture-sealed bagging and master packaging.

What happens if there is a quality problem with our order?
Before dispatch you receive pre-shipment photos and video, and the balance is only due after the final AQL 2.5 inspection. If you find a problem after delivery, report it promptly with your order reference, a short description and photos. Inspection, claims and remedies follow the written order agreement for that order.
