Terms of Manufacturing
These general website terms provide an overview of the inquiry, quotation and manufacturing process. Order-specific written agreements govern individual production orders.
Quotations and order confirmation
Product information, sample visuals and indicative specifications on this website are for general reference. A website inquiry or quotation request does not itself create a confirmed production order.
Product scope, quantities, pricing, currency, payment schedule and other binding terms should be confirmed in a written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order or other accepted agreement.
Artwork, specifications and approvals
Customers should provide accurate sizing, artwork, logos, colours, fabric requirements, finishing instructions and delivery details. Sampling, revisions and pre-production approvals should be agreed in writing before bulk production starts.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that logos, artwork, designs and other supplied content may lawfully be used for the requested goods.
Samples, quantities and tolerances
Sample availability, charges, minimum order quantities, sizing tolerances, colour variation and production tolerances depend on the specific product and production method. Any agreed limits should be recorded in the applicable order documents.
Images shown on the website may not capture every material, colour or finish exactly as it appears in person.
Pricing, payment and production schedule
Prices and lead times are subject to order-specific confirmation and may be affected by materials, customisation, order volume, approvals and logistics. Production scheduling and payment arrangements are determined by the accepted order terms.
Changes to approved artwork, specifications or quantities may require updated pricing and a revised delivery schedule.
Shipping, customs and delivery
Shipping methods, destinations, insurance, customs responsibilities, duties, taxes and delivery terms should be specified in the agreed commercial documents. Delivery estimates may depend on transport providers and customs processes outside the manufacturer’s direct control.
Quality concerns and order-specific terms
Please report any order-related concern promptly with the order reference, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where appropriate. The relevant written order agreement governs inspection, claims, remedies and any agreed warranty arrangements.
Where these general website terms differ from a separately agreed written manufacturing contract, the terms of that agreement apply to the order.
